road trip 1

first check in, and last for a while.

Thanks to everyone for all the birthday wishes. I am sorry I didn't have time to leave you all thank you notes - I meant to, but packing ate my brain. I really appreciate them, you made my day splendid. I am now the same age as the number of the year I was born.

I do want to point you to my present from jommy, which made me smile this morning. Now I am thinking of serious hamster shopping when we get back, **hugs**

Jim is calling me to pack up my power book and get moving, so I have to run. Hopefully, I will be checking in late tonight.

Current car music: unabridged Silmarillion, oysterband, soundtrack for Bebop, InuYasha and Last Exile.

**Smooches ** to my cat sitters Frosty promised to be good. He is looking forward to having Jim's seat in the recliner all to himself.
